Pelleas and Melisande is a star-crossed lovers tragedy. It is set in a castle hidden deep in the woods where sunlight hardly shines through. For my design I wanted a timeless, fairytale feel with influences from the Medieval and Renaissance time period with modern influence and materials. This is costumed for a single cast theatrical performance with no costume changes.
