I worked closely with the director to establish design concepts. I produced a mood board along with character research, sketches, and renderings. I consulted with the costume lead and team to help direct the coordination of costumes. I This was a stage production of Macbeth by Frederick High School that consisted of 38 roles played by 19 actors. It was designed in the Renaissance/medieval style with modern elements. I used the element of color to help evoke emotion and enhance the level of storytelling. I also used it to help the audience easily identify the different characters, families, and alliances throughout the play. I acted as a mentor to help introduce basic concepts of costume design to students.
